Trehan IRIS has achieved one million safe working hours during the construction of Iris Broadway Greno West, its retail-led mixed-use development in Greater Noida West. To celebrate this milestone, Trehan IRIS organised an on-site event with the workforce, recognising their collective efforts and commitment towards achieving 1 million safe working hours. The milestone highlights the collective efforts of the project management team, safety personnel, contractors and on-site workforce in maintaining safety standards throughout the construction process.
The achievement reflects the importance of consistent safety practices, adherence to established site protocols and coordination across teams in creating a safe working environment. At a large-scale construction site, maintaining safety requires continuous monitoring, discipline and a shared commitment from everyone involved in the project.
“Achieving one million safe working hours is an important milestone for Iris Broadway Greno West and the entire team working on the project. Construction safety is built through consistent practices, clear protocols and accountability at every stage. We remain committed to strengthening a culture where safety is an integral part of how we plan and execute our projects,” said Abhishek Trehan, Executive Director, Trehan IRIS.
“Behind every development is a workforce whose contribution is central to bringing the project to life. This milestone recognises the efforts of our site teams, contractors and employees, whose commitment and coordination play an important role in maintaining a safe working environment. Their well-being remains a priority as we continue progressing with Iris Broadway Greno West,” said Aman Trehan, Executive Director, Trehan IRIS.
To mark the achievement, Trehan IRIS organised a celebration at the project site in the presence of the leadership and project teams. The event featured addresses by Abhishek Trehan, Aman Trehan and Deepnath Sharma, followed by a certification ceremony recognising contractors and employees for their contributions. The celebration concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony and a gathering of the site workforce.
