Northwind Estates participated in the fourth edition of the UP International Trade Show 2026, showcasing its premium residential development, NorthWind Sanctuary, at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida. The five-day exhibition, held from September 25–29, provided an opportunity for the company to present its project, highlight its design and sustainability features, and engage with industry stakeholders on the evolving residential landscape of Greater Noida.
Project visuals and displays at stall H17-12/10 provided an overview of NorthWind Sanctuary and its residential concept. Discussions with industry professionals covered aspects such as planning, architecture, sustainability, and other features of the development, offering an opportunity to exchange perspectives on the evolving requirements of the residential market in Greater Noida.
The project spans 4.5 acres in Sector Pi-1, Greater Noida, and comprises 185 ultra-premium residences alongside 80% landscaped greens. An ongoing residential development, the project is IGBC Platinum pre-certified, with sustainability incorporated into its planning and design framework.
