Supreme Universal registers a stellar transaction for its luxury project – ‘Supreme ArtHouse’ at Pali Hill, Bandra
In a landmark move that solidifies Bandra’s growing status in Mumbai’s luxury real estate map, Supreme Universal has successfully closed a ₹174 crore transaction at its flagship ultra-luxury project, Supreme ArtHouse on Carter Road. The sea-facing duplex, spread across 12,148 sq. ft. and occupying two entire floors, has been purchased by Sarvesh Singh, Executive Director of Alkem Laboratories.
The transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹10.44 crore, and is being hailed as one of Bandra’s biggest sea-facing residential deals, marking a new benchmark for exclusivity and design excellence on the western waterfront.
Strategically located at Carter Road, this rare residence offers unrestricted views of the Arabian Sea on three sides. With only one apartment per floor, Supreme ArtHouse epitomises privacy, spaciousness, and understated elegance in one of Mumbai’s most aspirational neighbourhoods.
“We understand the ultra-luxury segment deeply – from refined design sensibilities to what today’s discerning customer truly desires,” said Sunny Bijlani, Joint Managing Director, Supreme Universal. “While such transactions are more commonly seen in South Mumbai or Worli, this deal marks the largest of its kind on the Bandra seafront. At Supreme Universal, ultra-luxury is not just a segment – it’s our core strength and identity.”
With this transaction, Supreme Universal reinforces its stature as a leading name in Mumbai’s high-end residential space. The developer is known for its precision-driven architecture, bespoke homes, and commitment to creating landmark residences in prime locations in Mumbai & Pune.
