Time ripe to consider ‘One Nation, One Rera’: Arjun Nanda, Founder & CEO, YHATAW

The real estate sector has seen significant growth in recent years. Experts believe that now is the ideal time to implement a unified Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) across India, similar to the Goods and Services Tax (GST). This move could unlock numerous opportunities for the sector.

Delivering a keynote address during the maiden convocation ceremony for the first batch of one-of-its-kind course ‘RESEED'(Reinforcing Skill Education for Employability Development) that offers 100% placement opportunities, Mr. Arjun Nanda said, “India’s real estate market has evolved into a more structured and transparent industry. The time is ripe for a unified national real estate regulatory framework. We are preparing a white paper with a suggestion of ‘One Nation, One RERA’, which will yield a plethora of benefits and employment opportunities in India while providing a significant boost to the economy.”
