Brigade Group has unveiled a new premium residential project, Ebony at Brigade Orchards, located in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. With an estimated revenue potential of ₹380 crore, the project forms part of the expansive 135-acre Brigade Orchards township. The development will feature 230 residential units across four blocks, covering a total built-up area of 0.5 million square feet.
Brigade Orchards is a comprehensive mixed-use township that offers a wide range of residential options, including villas, apartments, plots, and senior living spaces. The township is designed to be a self-sustained community with a host of amenities, such as a club resort, sports facilities, a school, a hospital, office spaces, retail outlets, and dining establishments. The company emphasized that the project aligns with its vision of creating thoughtfully designed living spaces that enhance residents’ quality of life through excellent planning and community-oriented amenities.
Brigade Group is expanding its footprint in Bengaluru’s real estate sector with several ongoing projects. In January 2025, the company announced an agreement to develop a residential project on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹2700 crore. Spanning 20 acres, the project will offer around 2.5 million square feet of saleable area. Brigade’s subsidiary, Ananthay Properties Private Limited, is managing the development, with the land acquisition cost pegged at ₹630 crore.
In August 2024, Brigade Group also revealed a ₹750-crore commercial development on Old Airport Road in Bengaluru, comprising 1.4 million square feet of leasable space. This commercial project is expected to generate an annual lease income of ₹100 crore. Additionally, in June 2024, Brigade launched Brigade Insignia, a premium residential development in Yelahanka with a revenue potential of ₹1100 crore. The project includes six towers offering 379 units of 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments, covering a 6-acre land parcel.
As Brigade Group continues to expand its portfolio in both residential and commercial segments, its latest launch at Brigade Orchards in Devanahalli contributes to the company’s growing presence in Bengaluru. The group remains focused on large-scale, strategically located developments to meet the rising demand for housing and commercial spaces in the city. This new project is expected to drive Brigade Group’s growth in the years ahead.
