Commenting on the launch, Ankit Jain, Founder, Specta Quartz Surfaces said, “Mumbai represents the beating heart of India’s design and luxury housing landscape. Our participation in ACETECH and continued investments across Maharashtra reaffirm Specta’s commitment to the region. With the launch of multiple new colours and designs, we are not only expanding our product portfolio but also shaping how Indian homes experience luxury, functionality, and design.”
Following the product debut, Specta reaffirmed its long-term commitment to Maharashtra, its largest and most dynamic market, which contributes nearly 30% to the brand’s national revenue. With the Mumbai Metropolitan Region continuing to attract strong demand across the luxury and mid-income housing segments, Maharashtra remains central to Specta’s expansion plans. Data from the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration shows that between January and September 2025, Mumbai’s housing market recorded its best performance in the last seven years. As a result, demand for premium materials such as quartz surfaces has risen sharply, driven by discerning homeowners, architects, and designers seeking to create modern living spaces.
Building on this momentum, Specta continues to invest in Maharashtra through ongoing participation in leading exhibitions like ACETECH and ADDS, as well as community-driven initiatives like Pickleball by Specta, its signature event for the architecture and design fraternity. The company is also planning to establish an exclusive display centre in Mumbai, further strengthening its retail and design footprint in the state.
