Cracking Down on Illegal Constructions: GNIDA’s Bold Move in Tusyana Village

In a decisive move to reclaim valuable land and preserve regulatory integrity, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) recently took action against illegal constructions in Tusyana village. Bulldozers rumbled through the area, dismantling unauthorized structures on plots numbered 517, 964, 981, 985, 995, and 1,007, under the directive of GNIDA CEO, NG Ravi Kumar.

The operation, spearheaded by Work Circle Three under the leadership of Narottam Chaudhary, successfully cleared approximately 75,000 square meters of encroached land. This reclaimed territory, with an estimated market value of Rs 150 crore, stands as a testament to the authority’s unwavering commitment to combat land-grabbing activities.

Himanshu Verma, the General Manager and OSD of the project department, issued a stern warning against any further attempts at encroachment in notified areas. He directed all project department work circle in-charges to maintain vigilant oversight and promptly respond to any reports of encroachments.

Additional CEO Annapurna Garg urged the public to exercise caution when investing in land, advising against involvement with plots in illegal colonies. She emphasized the importance of verifying land details with the authority before making any purchases in Greater Noida.

As a statutory body under the Uttar Pradesh government, GNIDA remains dedicated to the planned development of Greater Noida and the preservation of its regulatory framework.
