Located strategically in Kolkata’s central business district (CBD), Intellia Business Park will span approximately 6 acres, with a development area of nearly 8 lakh square feet. The park is slated to offer about 7 lakh square feet of prime office space and is expected to be completed by June 2027.

Construction is already in progress, with over 35 percent of the total saleable area booked within a few months of the project’s announcement. Keshav Agarwal, Director of Srijan Realty, reports that out of the seven lakh square feet of office space, 2.5 lakh square feet have already been sold, indicating strong early interest and momentum for the project.
With an estimated total project cost of approximately ₹350 crore, Intellia Business Park represents a significant investment in the future of Kolkata’s economy.
