Oberoi Realty made headlines on November 20 with the launch of Forestville by Oberoi Realty, a high-end residential project situated in Thane’s Kolshet area, near Mumbai. Spanning across 18 acres, the development comprises five residential towers primarily featuring 3 BHK apartments, with prices starting from Rs 1.87 crore, as per the company’s official statement.
The initial phase of Forestville’s development includes the introduction of three towers. The apartments within this project offer spacious three-bedroom layouts, beginning at 1,090 sqft and commanding a starting price of Rs 1.87 crore.

During Oberoi Realty’s Q2 conference call, plans for the development of 3 BHK apartments and accompanying studio apartments in Kolshet were unveiled. The company identified a gap in the market, emphasizing that the prevalent offerings in Kolshet predominantly comprised a mix of 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK units, with a limited focus on the 3 BHK segment. Oberoi Realty sees potential in catering specifically to this segment, aiming to meet the demand for such residences in the Kolshet micro market.
