On Friday, real estate firm Sundream Group announced plans to infuse Rs 250 crore into its Anthurium Business Park project located in Noida during the financial year 2025. Having already committed Rs 250 crore in the initial phase of the project situated in Sector 73, the company now embarks on the next phase of development, with construction already underway.
The newly disclosed investment stands as a substantial addition to the project’s financial pool, supplementing the ongoing construction efforts for the second phase. The total estimated cost for the entirety of the project is pegged at Rs 522 crore, highlighting the significant scale of the endeavor.
Harsh Gupta, CEO of Sundream Group, emphasized the company’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional projects with this substantial investment.
