Over ₹15,000 crore investment envisioned in the proposed 300-acre Bhutani Sports City; major sports infrastructure targeted for completion within the next 18 months as Sector 150 gears up to become NCR’s leading sports and wellness hub

Noida, June 2026: Following the Supreme Court’s relief in long-pending matters related to Sports City projects in Noida’s Sector 150 and the subsequent clearance for registration and development activities for compliant projects, the region has witnessed renewed optimism. The decision has brought relief to thousands of homebuyers, investors, and stakeholders, while paving the way for faster development of Sector 150 as a world-class sports and lifestyle destination.

According to real estate experts, Sector 150 is already regarded as one of Noida’s most premium real estate destinations owing to its excellent connectivity, low-density planned development, expansive green spaces, and modern urban infrastructure. Data from UP RERA indicates significant growth in registered real estate projects across the state during 2025, with Noida and Greater Noida emerging as key investment hubs. With legal clarity now in place, the region is expected to witness increased investment and accelerated development activity.

Against this backdrop, Bhutani Sports City, being developed under SC-01, is emerging as one of the most ambitious initiatives in the area. Spread across an estimated 300 acres, the integrated development is envisioned around the concept of combining sports, health, wellness, recreation, and modern residential living within a single ecosystem.

Bhutani Infra plans to develop world-class sports facilities, sports academies, cricket and football infrastructure, tennis centres, aquatic facilities, indoor sports arenas, running and cycling tracks, wellness and recovery centres, and expansive landscaped green spaces as part of the project.

The first phase of the development is already operational, while major sports infrastructure components are targeted for completion over the next 18 months. Bhutani Sports City represents an envisioned investment of more than ₹15,000 crore, covering sports infrastructure, wellness-oriented residential developments, recreational amenities, landscaping, and supporting ecosystem infrastructure.

The scale and proposed investment make it one of the largest sports-centric integrated developments in the country.

The project is progressing at a time when India’s sports industry is witnessing rapid growth. Industry estimates suggest that the Indian sports economy has crossed the USD 2 billion (approximately ₹18,000 crore) mark, while demand for health and wellness-oriented lifestyles continues to rise steadily. Evolving consumer preferences have further strengthened the prospects of sports and wellness-focused real estate developments.

Bhutani Sports City is being designed specifically for families seeking an active and healthy lifestyle, sports enthusiasts, wellness-focused consumers, HNIs, and NRIs looking beyond conventional residential projects. Here, sports infrastructure will not merely be an additional amenity but the foundation around which the entire development is being built.

Bhutani Infra believes that the renewed momentum in Sector 150 following the Supreme Court’s decision will not only strengthen the local real estate market but also play a significant role in establishing the area as one of India’s leading sports and wellness destinations. In the years ahead, Bhutani Sports City has the potential to become the face of this transformation and contribute to a new chapter in Noida’s growth story.
