YEIDA Unveils Plots Scheme 2024 in Proximity to Noida Airport, Jewar

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has rolled out an enticing opportunity for investors and businesses with its announcement of the allotment of mixed land-use plots in Sector 24, Noida, under the scheme code MLU-2023-24/09. The scheme, commencing on January 1 and concluding on January 22, 2024, offers eight plots for allocation, emphasizing mixed land-use with a minimum area of 40,000 square meters and above in Sector 24 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

Application Process:

Interested parties can download the scheme brochure from YEIDA’s official website (www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com) and submit applications online through the Nivesh Mitra portal (www.niveshmitra.up.nic.in) along with the necessary documents. A non-refundable/non-adjustable processing fee of Rs 25,000/- (plus applicable GST) must be deposited online through YEIDA’s portal or via RTGS/NEFT by generating a Challan from the Nivesh Mitra portal. Additionally, an adjustable/refundable amount equal to 10 percent of the total Premium of the plot is required, deposited through the same channels.

Qualification Criteria:

Applicants need to demonstrate positive net worth/surplus investable funds equivalent to the project cost. Evidence of these funds, sourced from promoter contribution, reserves, existing business surplus, or proposed bank/financial institution loans, must be provided. Various business entities, including proprietorship firms, registered partnerships, trusts, societies, private and public limited companies, as well as government and semi-government undertakings, are eligible to apply for allotment.
