Sobha Limited has confirmed that Sobha Crystal Meadows has obtained RERA certification and is set to commence construction soon. The project will be developed in five phases, with completion expected by December 2035. Situated off Sarjapur Road, the meticulously planned project will feature 290 English-themed row houses, designed to cater to the discerning tastes of Bengaluru’s C-suite executives.
Each row house will offer a super built-up area ranging from 4237 to 4815 sq. ft., spread across G+3 levels, with a terrace providing panoramic views of the surroundings. Priced at ₹10.5 crore per unit, Sobha Crystal Meadows aims to establish a new standard for luxury living in Bengaluru.
